Conditions after Work

I got a good paddle in with some new friends this evening, a trio of guys I’ve been wanting to paddle with for a while – V, I, and T. We set out south against the current, and with some wind, while commuting hours ferries crisscrossed. Lots of wake, including one unusually large wave that was easily six or more feet trough to peak. I thought it was going to curl over me but I got over it at the last minute.
